Te lecturer divide mendelow's matrix into four parts.
1. High power and interest. How should you treat them?
2. The second category is a part who has high power but not high interest. How you should treat them? Just keep them satisfied.
3. The third group is a category who has high interest, but no power. How you should treat them? You had better inform them. Don't ignore them talk to them politely, so that they don't cause any harm to the organisation.
4. The fourth group, they don't have high power and interest. How should we treat them? Just minimum effort. Don't waste your time with them.
